2003-2005: Administrative Specialist (U.S. Army Contracting Office, Bagram)
Joey began his career in 2003 as an Administrative Specialist in the U.S. Army's contracting office at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. In this role, he was responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring the contracting office ran smoothly and efficiently. His tasks included preparing and processing critical documentation for contracts, maintaining accurate records, coordinating procurement schedules, and ensuring compliance with military procurement guidelines. Joey’s keen attention to detail and organizational skills were essential for managing the numerous contracts required to support operations in a complex military environment. He played a pivotal role in supporting procurement activities that ensured supplies, equipment, and services were delivered promptly to U.S. forces on the ground.

2006-2009: Procurement Officer (U.S. Army, Bagram)
